Shipping Overview

Thrifti currently delivers across Bangalore through our trusted logistics partners. Once an order is placed, the seller schedules a pickup and we take care of the rest—from collection and quality checks to safe delivery. We're starting in Bangalore, but not for long. New cities are coming soon as we bring Thrifti to closets across India.

Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, the seller is notified to schedule a pickup. After the item is collected and completes our quality checks, it is carefully packed and dispatched to you. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days after pickup.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are delivered within 4-6 business days. You'll receive tracking updates as soon as your order is on its way. These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time on the courier's website. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.

Packaging

After the pickup is scheduled, simply hand over your item and leave the rest to us. From quality checks and thoughtful packaging to secure shipping and delivery updates, Thrifti manages the entire journey so your item arrives exactly as it should.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. After 2 failed attempts, the order is cancelled. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9845728004 or email hello@thrifti.in. We will investigate with the courier and provide an update within 24 hours.

International Shipping

Thrifti is currently available exclusively in Bangalore, and we do not offer international shipping at this time. We're starting local, expanding across India soon, and have our sights set even further. Stay tuned—this is just the beginning.
