When our logistics partner arrives to collect your item, they will check it against your listing, including the condition, category, and overall quality. This is a quick check to make sure what's being handed over matches what the buyer has agreed to purchase.
If your item significantly differs from what was listed, the pickup agent will not accept it and the order will be cancelled. The buyer will be notified and will receive a full refund.
To avoid this, make sure your item is accurately described, honestly photographed, and any flaws or signs of wear are clearly mentioned in your listing before publishing. The more transparent your listing, the smoother your pickup will be.
