Every item on Thrifti includes a condition tag selected by the seller to help buyers understand its current state before making a purchase.
Condition Tags
- Brand New – Unused item with original tags or packaging where applicable.
- Barely Worn – Worn only a few times and shows little to no visible signs of use.
- Used – Excellent – Previously used but well-maintained, with minimal signs of wear.
- Used – Fair – Shows visible signs of use but remains functional and wearable.
- Freebie – A free item offered by the seller, which may show varying levels of wear.
We encourage buyers to review all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Sellers are expected to accurately represent the condition of their items.
If an item arrives significantly different from its listing, you may be eligible to raise a dispute through Thrifti Support in accordance with our Buyer Protection policy.
