Seller payouts are initiated once an item has successfully passed Thrifti's quality verification process and completed according to Thrifti's payout process.
If a return or refund request is approved before the payout process has been completed, Thrifti will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
If a dispute is raised after delivery and a refund is approved, the buyer's refund will be processed in accordance with Thrifti's Returns & Refunds Policy.
All return and refund requests are reviewed individually to ensure a fair outcome for both buyers and sellers.
