Return Process

If you receive an item that qualifies for a return under Thrifti's Returns Policy, follow these steps:

1. Submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.
3. Thrifti will review your request and notify you of the outcome (typically within 24 hours).
4. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
