Returns may be approved if:
- The item is significantly different from the listing description.
- Major flaws, defects, or damage were not disclosed in the listing.
- You received a different item than the one you ordered.
- The item is found to be counterfeit or inauthentic.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Fit or sizing issues.
- Change of mind.
- Minor imperfections, wear, or defects that were clearly disclosed in the listing.
All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to review by the Thrifti team.
