You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the seller has not yet scheduled the item for pickup.
Once pickup has been scheduled or the item has entered the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible.
If your cancellation request is approved:
- The order will be cancelled.
- Any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–4 working days.
If the item has already been shipped or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. However, if there is an issue with the item you receive, you may be eligible to raise a dispute or request a return in accordance with Thrifti's Buyer Protection and Return Policy.
