Once a buyer places an order, you'll be notified to schedule a pickup. If you don't respond or schedule within 24 hours, Thrifti will reach out to you directly via WhatsApp or call.
If there's still no response after 72 hours, the order will be cancelled and the buyer will receive a full refund.
Repeated delays or missed pickups are tracked and can impact your seller account status. If you're unable to fulfil an order, please contact Thrifti Customer Care as soon as possible so we can assist.
