Once your item has been sold and a pickup has been scheduled, please ensure it is ready for inspection and collection by the Thrifti executive.
Before handover:
- Ensure the item is clean and in the same condition as described in the listing.
- Make sure the item matches the photos, description, size, brand, and condition tag provided during listing.
- Have the item ready for inspection at the scheduled pickup time.
- Include any accessories, original packaging, or additional items that were mentioned in the listing, if applicable.
You do not need to package the item in a box or bag before pickup. Simply hand the item directly to the Thrifti executive, who will inspect and collect it.
Providing an item that accurately matches the listing helps ensures a smooth pickup, quality check, and buyer experience.
