Your payout is initiated as soon as you hand over your item to the Thrifti pickup agent. Once the handover is confirmed, your payout is processed, you don't need to wait for the item to be delivered to the buyer.
To ensure a smooth handover, make sure you're available during your scheduled pickup window. If you miss the first attempt, our logistics partner will try once more. After two failed attempts, the order will be cancelled, so it's important to be reachable.
