All payments on Thrifti are processed securely through Razorpay, our trusted payment partner.
When a buyer places an order:
- The payment is collected securely through Razorpay at checkout.
- Funds are held safely until the order is delivered and the transaction is completed.
- Once the transaction is successfully completed, the seller receives their payout according to Thrifti's payout process.
To help protect both buyers and sellers:
- Cash payments are not permitted.
- Direct bank transfers between buyers and sellers are not permitted.
- All transactions must be completed through Thrifti's secure payment system.
