- Our team will assess the claim and work with both parties to determine a fair outcome.
- If the claim is approved, an eligible refund or resolution will be provided.
What's Not Covered?
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Incorrect size or fit when accurately described in the listing
- Minor wear, defects, or signs of use consistent with the item's stated condition
- Issues that were clearly disclosed in the product description or photos before purchase
- Claims submitted after the Buyer Protection claim window has expired
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, alteration, or improper handling
